Lineup and details for Kaleidoscope Festival on Friday 30th September 2011
Kaleidoscope, a new addition to the festival calendar, the last of the season and Scotlands only eco boutique festival. A homemade festival of the highest calibre! Celebrating the wild diversity of life, music, arts and culture, all wholly supported by eco-friendly practices.
The music line up is filled with gems - Fink, Peatbog Faeries, Tayo, Stanley Odd, Kid Canaveral, Found, Dr. Meaker , Hidden Orchestra, Horndog Brass Band, Hope & Social, John Langan Band plus loads more. The indoor main stage is something a little different, in the form of a vast renovated old stone byre.
Other delights include interactive art installations, theatre performance, a Trash Fashion Parade, trapeze and circus, live graffiti, people powered cinema, talks and workshops on sustainable living, organic food, beer and wine just...to name a few.
The transformative vibe is reinforced by its beautiful location overlooking St Andrews Bay and up to the Scottish Highlands.
