Amazing, friendly, best atmosphere of any festival. Really goog value. Got a free aerobatic display on saturday. Says it all really. Bella is the complete opposite of a rip off (not sure what the word for it is)Only downside for me St Hellier Cider. Tke your teeth home in a bag its got so much sugar.

Great festival, but a few issues...

I've been coming to Belladrum for the past 5 years or so and it's never been anything other than great fun! Theres always a great atmosphere and so much going on, and this year the weather made it even better. However, I felt that there were a couple of issues from this year's festival that let it down slightly. The first issue being the Jubiloos what a complete waste of money! My husband and I paid £20 for two passes and between us, they were used once! They were located in a really inconvenient spot, far from any of the stages at the very back of the family camping area. I wasnt even asked to show my pass to prove I had paid! When I asked stewards where I could find them, they didnt know which meant ..it I would have expected the posh loos to be in various points across the site next to the general portaloos.
The second issue is the mystery act who turned out to be Kassidy. Whilst I have heard of them, none of my friends had. We were all disappointed as we were expecting someone like Amy Macdonald or KT Tunstall or someone else big.
The third point I would like to make is that there didnt appear to be as much street entertainment as in previous years. I feel that the street entertainment adds a really fun, quirky element to the festival and I wouldnt want this to be lost as these are the elements that make Belladrum stand out from other festivals.

Had a fabulous time at Bella this year...our 5th. Will definately be back for the 10th anniversary next year. Campervan site was great, clean and friendly. Toilets were spotless pretty much everywhere. The jubiloos though...total ripoff im afraid...better re-think that one!!! Need to have them in the festival arena. The music was amazing all weekend. And i love the range of food even if a wee bit pricey. Cheers!

Belladrum as fantastic as ever my only negative was the £10 i paid for the jubiloo toilets - total rip off as they were so far from any venue!!! that company mustve made alot of money for nothing!!

Jubiloos??

I paid for 2 Jubiloo tickets and came home with them. Only by reading other peoples comments on here am I finding out they were only in one location! Even the stewards couldn't help us when we asked where they were. It was a great festival as usual but the Jubiloos were a complete rip off!

Another excellent year at Belladrum, a wonderful time had by all, great weather, fantastic setting & atmosphere, bands we seen were amazing especially The Buzz****s,Kassidy, Gerry Jablonski,Gypsy Dave Smith, Federation of the Disco Pimp, Vintage Trouble and to top the weekend Mac Floyd were beyond good, Mac Floyd for the Garden Stage next year :))))) only negative would be prices of the food and drinks. Being with a family costs an absolute fortune :((((

Biggest let down was spending money on the "jubiloos" Only one location which was the furthest away from where we were and not easy to find.

Bella Moosic Fest 2012

Well done Belladrum 12 team...You pulled it off again..Travis were amazing as were the South...fabulous. Hats of to Jericho Hill who played in the Black Isle Grass Roots stage on Saturday - they are fantastic and should be on the Garden stage! They are natural crowd pullers and everyone was talking about them...Only complaint would be that I spent £30 on Jubiloo tickets and came home with them..one location for them is def not enough - especially at the other side of the campsite..it is a toilet after all..when ya need to go you need to go, not look out a map and compass...;-)...but that aside. Counting the days til Bella 13..bring it on!

I think the festival is getting better and better each year with more extra bits like art, fashion, dance, books, zen, massage alongside the usual - brilliant! The music is a real mix which is what we like and the family friendly nature of the event is the best. Noticed that the loos were really clean every time we had to visit - thanks Heilin Loos, your work was appreciated! The Mac Floyd band were absolutely off the scale brilliant and a great way to end the weekend. Anyway, hope to see you again next year.
