The highly awaited and internationally acclaimed, production of ShangHi by Cirque Du Ciel, returns by overwhelming popular demand, to the UK for 2012.
This production was originally directed in China by Cirque Du Soleils Guy Caron, has been theatrically reworked to appeal to audiences all ages.
With over 30 amazingly multi talented and skilled performers, this marvellous 2 hour extravaganza, combines acrobatics, modern dance, martial arts, original music and many other traditional and modern Chinese elements in an amazing fantasy adventure, the next generation of Cirque du Soleil
With over 500 superb costumes, intricate scenery and fantastic lighting, this stunning production showcases the skills of not only these attractive performers. But also the world class artistic team who created and devised this brilliant multi media spectacle.
The astonishing routines include Mexican hat juggling, the terrifying yet beautiful aerial silks, and the famous death defying Chinese Monkey Poles, which in all is a dizzying mix of balancing, tumbling, spinning, and brilliant live drumming.
