James and Kelly are pleased to let you know that they will be recommencing brand new beginners classes from the 17th September 2008!

You've seen all of the celebrities on Strictly Come Dancing - now it's your turn! Running for 8 weeks, you will get the chance to learn a variety of simple and fun ballroom and latin american dances. No experience is necessary and neither is a partner!
You can come and learn with your friends, family or just by yourself - anyone is welcome.Especially those with 2 left feet!

Sadly we won't be learning any of the fancy lifts or faster intricate steps you will have seen on the television - best to book a private lesson for any of those!

The classes will be held at Fitness First in Fareham and will last for an hour and a half starting at 8.30pm. Prices are £5 per head for Fitness First Members and £6 for non-members.

There will be a repeat 'catch-up' class on Sundays at 7pm - same price as the Wednesday class.

Due to Fitness First health and safety regulations, it is a requirement that all visitors to the gym sign in. To ease congestion, we would ask that you arrive in good time to ensure this process is as easy as possible!
