TOM, DICK & HARRY
By Ray & Michael Cooney
This is Ray Conneys 23rd West End comedy, and is co-written with son Michael, a Hollywood screenwriter. Its an hilarious farce about siblings; Tom and wife Linda want to adopt a baby but it all ends up in a complicated mess when his two brothers, n'er do well Dick and Harry offer to help by making a good impression on the woman from the adoption agency. It contains all the usual Cooney malarkey with one of the plot strands - the stowing away of two illegal immigrants in a white van following a booze cruise to Calais - keeping it right up to date with modern themes. Audiences are assured a whale of a time from the veteran of West End comedy.
