I promised myself I wouldn't go and see this band again 'till they have a new singer! but lo and behold, I'll be there once again!! and this is the last time..I promise..honest..'till that new singer joins up! on the plus side, the bad play with enthusiasm and vigour, and breathe life into the old Zep tunes, the crowd get into it alright, and it's enjoyable to sit at the bar having a beer or eight, litening to the music of Led Zep. But the singer lets them down badly, and I can't understand that the band can't hear this for themselves..ok.. i think it's a bit mean that some people actually laugh at him. and take the mick.....no need fo that! he is doing his best! and Plant isnt easy to replicate! I can only think the band don't find a new singer 'cos their all friends, and can't do that to a mate, which is fair enough..but business is business, and unless they get someone who can actually hold a tune, then they're destined to remain on the pub circiut,and the greater glory as being recognised as one of the best tribute bands will surely pass them by. c'mon lad's, sort it out...or this is the last time I make that trip..there are other Zep tribs y'know, some with big reputations..don't get left behind here.
