Lineup and details
The first live night of the New Year at The Old Bell in Derby takes place on Friday 18th January. It features 4 local bands. Polite Notice are a 5-piece rock band from Belper/Derby. They formed back in March and have since created a solid set of songs, which they are now ready to unleash on the public.
Edison are 4 lads from Derby who joined together less than a year ago to make the heaviest pop songs they can, while enjoying every minute of it.
The Maybeez are another Derby based band plying their trade in the field known as rock influenced by The Clash, Johnny Cash and Hendrix. The final band of the night is based at Derby University. Amifuba are a collaboration of fruity funk bass lines, juicy drum beats, hard hitting guitar work, mixed with sweet and sour lyrics, combining to make a fresh music experience that is Amifuba.
