Lineup and details Lineup and details for Mars Bonfire, Thousands Of Reflections, Inukshuk on Friday 19th September 2008

Mars Bonfire - A young 4 piece Hard Rock & Blues band described as… " guitar rock of the very best sort: hard and dynamic ", "riff-heavy brand of grooving rock 'n' roll", "Electrifying rawk". " Mars Bonfire set the stage on fire with their musical talent, energy and raw charm…". They are known for their relentless gigging schedule and exciting, unpredictable live performances that make every night different and has earned themselves a strong reputation all over the country. Their sound is most akin to the likes of Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple and other 70s greats mixed with a powerful modern edge. They have just recorded an album to be release at the end of 2008, with top producer Gavin Monaghan (The Wildhearts, The Twang, The Smiths, Idlewild, The Clash, Editors etc) after signing to Darklight Entertainments. Their debut EP was released on October 1st 2007 and since then they have had a string of stunning reviews and have been featured on numerous radio stations from local playlists to the Bruce Dickinson show on BBC 6.

Thousands Of Reflections
Thousands of Reflections - or ToR - formed in Nottingham in 2005. Adam, Aidan and Olly were all in November Moment until they split up in early 2005. In 2006 ToR agreed a deal with fledgling Nottingham label Post Hate! Records to release their debut EP 'Drones & Sharp Teeth' which was issued locally and online in 2007. The EP met with warm critical reception coupled with radio exposure and sold out its original run within ten weeks. A small line-up change in early 2008 saw Dragonflies Draw Flames frontman Simon Curd join the band.

Inukshuk
Based in and around Nottingham, Inukshuk were formed in late 2007 when vocalist Matt Rai, having returned from Canada, decided he wanted to take his solo career to the next level.
