Arriving to entertain Derby like no one else can from Friday 6th April to Saturday 21st April 2012.
Director Phillip Gandey said The continued appeal of the Lady Boys lies in the shows ability to renew itself every year. Our dancers, choreographer, set and lighting designer were given the ideas for the new show as soon as last years show opened. Carnival Queens has been 12 months in the making. It is infused with the topical comedy, surprises and satire that only the Lady Boys can deliver. It resounds to the timeless Latin beats of fiesta and pulsates to the chart topping sounds of today. The result is our unique comedy cabaret experience Carnival Queens which marks a new high for the spectacle that is The Lady Boys of Bangkok.
Be enticed to join the festivities by the entourage as they parade through comedy, cabaret, capers and carnival beats all under the specially erected Sabai Pavilion on Market Place. Marvel at the perfect makeup, stunning costumes and fabulous choreography with added surprises with some of the planet's most famous divas getting the full Ladyboys' treatment - including saucy poppets, Beyonce and Lady Gaga.
Make your Lady Boys Of Bangkok experience complete order fresh Thai food from our resident Master Chef Miss Khanittha Pornngarm. Choose from the mouth-watering menu of inexpensive dishes from satay to delicate Thai curry. All which can be enjoyed whilst watching the show, with a drink from our fully stocked bars, all under the Sabai Pavilion.
