Lineup and Details for 'Emissions' - DNB, Techstep, Darkside on Sun 3rd June 2012

London Ivy are proud to present Emissions, and invite you all to join us as we disclose the promotion in all its sincere, naked ferocity. We move to liberate ourselves from containment and so to discharge our reactive, inner-core; a fissile, uncompromising material with a distinctly synthetic centre and a metal outer shell. Allow us, if you will, to be your guide through a musical wilderness, untamed and unspoiled.

Our outing this time shall be decidedly more industrial, grungier and harder hitting. We retain certain hard dance components with the introduction of guitar-driven EDM, breakbeat, drum & bass - at times energized with a more conventional punk / metal stimulus - as well as the crossbreed / darkside we allude to. And to really set the scene we have some assistance...

We are excited to welcome Chris Jarman, aka Raiden, who flies in from Tallinn, Estonia, especially for the occasion, and Stuart Perkins aka Cause4Concern, both EDM and drum luminaries of some distinction; for those who have yet to make their acquaintance, perhaps the event will serve as the perfect induction.

It is not often one is able to enjoy such esteemed company in close quarters; we ready the stage for their arrival, encourage them to open up their playlists and drive a little harder for the occasion. We also extend our gratitude to Roger Troutman aka Evok, our distinctive continental influence, and James Daracott aka Prof D, part of the Regulate LDN collective, who will be your host for part of the evening. And as is standard procedure, our residents will be on hand to dispense their own strain of audio infection. Help us go pandemic!
