Ricky Tomlinson, one of TV's best loved comedy actors, is performing his 'Laughter Show' at the Butts college Theatre, Spon End, Coventry on Sunday, 29th June 2008 at 7.30pm. Travelling with an entourage of fellow comedians and performers, the show is guaranteed to make you laugh.

Best know for his role as Jim Royle in The Royle Family, Ricky's personality, presence and character have the makings for a brilliant show. Ricky will host and appear throughout the show and will also pose for photographs and autographs at the end.

The Laughter Show also presents the comic skills of Pauline Daniels. Pauline is a fantastic stand-up comedienne and has had many television appearances including The Comedians and Brookside. She also runs the Liverpool Academy of Arts Actors studio which provides a place for actors, playwrights and directors all wanting to get involved in theatre to go.

Tony Barton started his career in the 1960s as part of a professional double act called 'The Barton Brothers', who toured with starts such as Tom Jones and Roy Orbison. Tony also worked the pub and club scene in London and with TV favourites Jim Davidson, Mike Reid and Michael Barrymore.

Even more widespread recognition came following successful appearances on TV with ‘Saturday Royal’, ‘Celebrity Squares’, ‘The Des O'Connor Show’, ‘Through The Keyhole’, ‘Banzai’ and a game show 'Stupid Punts'.

He is a funny man, and an impressionist, but he has another, perhaps less known asset, which is his golden voice. He uses this to great effect at the end of each show, surprising many of his first-time audiences. Duncan Norvelle is definitely one star that has chased and found stardom.
