We regularly hold free open days to enable you to try before you buy.
This is just a one-off lesson and would suit anyone who is just curious and not quite ready to commit to a full course. It will give you a good idea about what is involved and what pole dancing is all about!
You don't need to be strong or fit or otherwise super human to come and try it - it is for complete beginners. You don't need any special kit, just yourself. You don't even need to book, just turn up and be ready for action!
