The price was ok, but for a under 18s party £3 for a bottle of water is way over the top, it was cheaper for the children to leave the venue and go and get a drink then come back in, and as a parent I want my child safe inside the venue where there are staff to look after them not wandering across a street on a Friday night where there are loads of pubs and people drinking, it’s good to have staff on the door and looking after the children inside but not good if they need to go out in a Main Street on a Friday night. It would be better to add one or two pounds to the ticket price and keep the drinks cheaper, I’m sure the parents paying for the tickets would understand if this was made clear.

My daughter absolutely loved it. Not the fact that there was to many tickets sold for the capacity of the venue which was understandable with the original venue closing but still she missed out on her fave mc tazo

Absolutely appalling behaviour by the venue hosts. Insisted on every child being breathlised, which caused a 1.5 hour wait to actually get into the venue. It was an exceptional hot evening so the kids had to keep coming out to get a breath of fresh air and then again had to queue to go back in.. terrible, they should refund every child there. My daughter had an amazing time but a last minute venue change meant that half the kids had to queue outside and it was 1 in 1 out. Not great in a busy town centre! It was an expensive ticket for her to only be in half of the time!

Venue was awful, far to small and hot, my daughter fainted with the heat and crowding. Drinks were £5 a can of pop and they only accepted card! My 14year old does not have a card so was left dehydrated and unsafe. Luckily police were outside handing out cups of water as the venue would not provide this

Where do I start. The venue for this was obviously not big enough for the amount of tickets sold. It was 27c out side and there was no air conditioning inside the kids couldn’t put up with the heat in there for long so they would all come out for air then are told to get back in the queue. The queue that they weren’t moving and you were in that for 2 hours until kids come out for air because it was packed inside so you had loads of young kids all sat on the ground out side and the club next door bringing loads of jugs of water for all the kids to keep them hydrated loads of police there to look after all the kids till there parents got there to pick them up because it wasn’t a safe street for the kids to be there because of all the refugees and immigrants. What was meant to be 4 hours of fun for the kids and 4 hours of quality time for the parents turn into me and my partner hanging out close by incase they needed us and other parents doing the same. DISGRACE

The event moved venue and we werent notified. The event ended up oversold as the new venue was too small to let everyone in. It was over crowded too hot, my daughter was allowed out for some air then told to join the back of a queue rather than allowed back in. Her mate had queued already for nearly 2 hours without getting in so she left. The headline DJ didnt turn up. This was to pit it bluntly an utter s**t show and im now having difficulty talking to anyone about a refund. Do not book at all costs!
