Pole dancing, burlesque & exotic dance lessons, courses & parties held in & around South & West Wales for fun, fitness & confidence building at one of our many venues or in the comfort of your own home/venue.

Weekly pole taster classes & 2 hour drop-in lessons held every Thursday, £5 NUS or £7 without.

Fun, friend & professional teachers and atmosphere.

Always looking for more venues to teach at. Also looking for dancers all across the UK.
