Lineup and details for Cardiff Comedy Festival 2009 on Thursday 23rd July 2009
Between July 21st and July 26th 2009 ‘Phoenix Comedy Club' @ O'Neills Irish Bar, Trinity Street, are hosting Cardiff's first indie International stand-up comedy festival with 10 previews from the most readily anticipated Edinburgh Fringe shows of 2009, finishing off with a showcase of up and coming Welsh stand-up talent, headlined by Canadian legend Craig Campbell. The Festival includes appearances from Radio 4's Rhod Gilbert and his protégés Ellis James, who's show he will producing for this year's Fringe.
July 21st - Mike Bubbins, Plastic Seat Company
July 22nd - Matt Price, Nick Page
July 23rd - Pat Monahon, Wil Hodgson
July 24th - Nick Doody, Jim Smallman, Al Pitcher
July 25th - Rhod Gilbert, John Gordillo, Elis James
July 26th - Craig Campbell + Welsh Supporting Lineup
