Aikido - the way of harmony - is a classical Japanese martial art.
Aikido training incorporates empty-handed techniques as well as practise with sword and stick.
The course is taught by experienced instructors in a friendly and relaxed setting. It will introduce you to core techniques, and explore some of the principles of this fascinating art.
Places will be strictly limited to ensure a high teacher-student ratio.
