Parties can be held on Saturdays 12pm-2pm and 2.15pm-4.15pm at the Fitness4Less venue.
 
Parties last 2 hours and include instruction from a qualified and experienced instructor, 5 x 13ft poles, mirrored dance studio, certificates for everyone and a free gift for the hen together with use of the luxury changing room facilities!
