Lineup and details for Tru Thoughts present Steady On on Thursday 11th March 2010
Tru Thoughts are launching a new club night in Brighton, Called STEADY ON it will feature resident DJ slots from Tru Thoughts A&R Robert Luis and label signing Hint. The music policy will be a dancefloor orientated mix of Dub Step, Soul, Beats, Jazz, Hip Hop, Disco, Boogie, Funk and Drum and Bass and of course upfront and exclusive music from Tru Thoughts.
Robert Luis and Tru Thoughts have a longstanding history of putting on weekly clubs in Brighton. However, due to the increasing profile of the label, for the last 4 years Rob has been busy DJing around the world, so committing to anything regular was difficult. But having had a lot of requests from people in Brighton asking him to do a regular night since he stopped phonic:hoop back in 2004, he felt it was high time to secure another residency, and when Hint was also keen it all just fell into place.
We have made a deal with the venue to allow us to do the night for FREE from the every week starting Thursday 21st January! So even more special! Especially considering that upcoming DJ guests include Quantic, Zed Bias, Domu, Nostalgia 77 and TM Juke.
