Bradford Youth Players Seniors present the Bradford amateur premiere of "A Chorus Line", one of the most successful and long-running Broadway musicals of all time.
The show is a live audition session, as a stage of young hopefuls attempt to live their dream as members of a Broadway chorus line. However, Zach, the director, tells them to forget their CVs, and each in turn tells a story of their life, and how they came to be standing on his stage, seeking a place in his show. The musical features hit songs such as "One (Singular Sensation)", "Nothing", "At the Ballet" and "Dance: Ten, Looks: Three", often better known by its unofficial subtitle, "Tits and Ass".
The show is at Bradford grammar School's Hockney Theatre on Wednesday 16 - Saturday 19 July 2008, starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are available via the BYP website, http:///www.bradfordyouthplayers.co.uk
