Come and learn the sport of roller derby from the Dames who do it best.
 
The Birmingham Blitz Derby Dames aims to provide recreational amateur athletic entertainment that improves member's individual athletic ability, self-discipline and character while promoting the sport of roller derby and empowering women to participate in a team sport.

Joining is open at the moment to all, regardless of experience (we provide training) - no tryouts are required.

The league provides regular coach-led training and instruction to prepare for competition to represent the West Midlands at national and international competition.
