Over the past few years Crazy P have been performing to massive festival crowds and honing their considerable live skills, so when it came to getting back in the studio they naturally channeled the live energy they’re renowned for into this superb fourth album (Stop Space Return). They have never been a band swayed by the latest trends They’ve stuck to their guns and let the world catch up with their unique sound. They are undeniably DISCO and have unintentionally found themselves as part of the recent renaissance that has crossed the Atlantic from New York City and now sit alongside Hercules & Love Affair and Escort as a band that can cut it live.
Stop Space Return’ captures Crazy P at their peak and magically blends their influences of classic NYC House, Disco, 80’s pop influences (The Blockheads, The Police, Talking Heads) and the sultry vocals of Donna Summer or Patrice Rushen..
