Aberdeens First Yoga Festival!
Celebrating yoga in Aberdeen and the Shire
For the first time in Aberdeen, a yoga festival has been organised to showcase the styles of yoga available in Aberdeen and the Shire.
The festival is taking place over the weekend of Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March on all three floors of the Northern Arts Club building at 8 Bon Accord Square in the city centre. Classes run from 10am til the evening, with a chill-out room offering refreshments, yoga goods and onsite-Shiatsu treatments.
If youve never tried yoga and want to find out which style suits you, the festival is a great way to meet teachers and try out different styles. If youre already practising, its an opportunity to widen your experiences and deepen your understanding.
The festival is family friendly with kids and family yoga classes on the Saturday so parents and carers can enjoy a yoga class in peace while their kids are having yoga fun in a class of their own.
Attendees can buy passes for the whole weekend, a day, half a day, or just a class. The program and details about class styles and teachers is available online at www.movementforthesoul.co.uk on the Aberdeen Yoga Festival pages, along with information about how to book.
