Zizzi - Lincoln

Review of Zizzi - Lincoln We got in before 12 at lunchtime so it was empty but still a nice feel about the place. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and just really nice. My colleague couldn't believe the 'skinny' option was actually that as tasted so good. Thank you for having us!! (We didn't use the loo's)

Review of Jamie's Italian - Bristol Overall rating: 5   First tiem at a Jamie's Italian. Warm welcome. Were dining early pre-Colston Hall so restaurant a bit quiet. Friendly service from all the staff, food excellent. We went for the Italian feast - really good way to sample the food - doesn't leave any room for puddings though! We'll come again

Loch Fyne - Bluewater

Review of Loch Fyne - Bluewater Overall rating: 3.5   This might sound crazy. I came in on the 17th May with my husband and two kids. it was my husbands birthday dinner. The food and atmosphere was great the food ( value for money should be relooked at) The service was great as well to the extent that I felt rushed. The first course came very quickly and so did the second course. We wanted to order a dessert but because of the way we felt (rushed ) we opted to rather leave and get an ice cream on the way to the car park. Hope this helps.

Aubergine at the Compleat Angler

Marlow Bridge, Marlow

Review of Aubergine at the Compleat Angler Overall rating: 4.5   Great food, great service. I went with my daughter for her birthday treat and it was perfect. Lovely to sit outside on the terrace for a pre-dinner drink. We had the taster menu which was delicious, especially the crab and the fig souffle. Would definitely recommend and will return!

The Randolph Restaurant

Beaumont Street, Oxford

Review of The Randolph Restaurant Overall rating: 4.5   We went to The Randolph for a pre-theater menu and it worked out very well, the food was great and the music after the dinner was great. Very nice evening for us.

Review of Jamie's Italian - Glasgow Overall rating: 4   Restaurant was busy but didn't effect he service or food in any way. Waiter was very helpful and friendly. Food was unfussy, tasty & plentiful at very reasonable price. All in all a very good experience!

Shamoli Restaurant

105 High Street, Edinburgh

Review of Shamoli Restaurant Overall rating: 4.5   It was excellent to have the choice of either Thai or Indian as we like to eat both, we opted for Indian and really enjoyed what we had, we also were offered a complimentary drink at the end of our meal, which was a nice touch, cannot think of anything to fault this restaurant, it is really worth a visit. Dave and Jackie from Aberdeen for Indian and really enjoyed our meal, also complimentary drink at end of meal which was a nice touch would gladly recommend this restaurant , service and food was great,

Review of ASK Italian - Northampton Overall rating: 4.5   Lovely Friendly service, was fast without being rushed. Even better when I had a voucher for a second main meal for £2.50. Made for a lovely meal before we went to the theatre.

Review of Bella Italia - Norwich Exchange Overall rating: 5   We couldn't find a single fault with our 'Bella Italia' experience. Food wonderful, staff polite and friendly. They even didn't charge for my sweet as they only had one scoop of honeycomb ice cream left. It was plenty! Definitely another visit soon.

Review of Bella Italia - Northampton Overall rating: 4   Very nice staff, very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and starters and main were served with a good break in between. The atmosphere was great - fun Italian music and very nice decor. I would recommend this restaurant. My husband and I were celebrating our 23rd Wedding anniversary and had a really nice evening :-)

Its a factory churning out average food as fast as possible to as many tables as can be turned in one night. Italian in essence it is not. It will only go so far on Jamies name before people get sick of being mugged off. I won,t return and i was a fan.
