Hidden away is this gem of a restaurant, a little Thailand under the bridge by the canals of Birmingham. When you enter the Kinnaree Thai, you enter a world of calm. Tranquil surroundings and attentive staff could lead you to believe that you have been transported to an island far away from Birmingham City Centre.With a long glass frontage that makes the most of its canalside setting, Kinnaree Thai is a tranquil restaurant situated behind the Mail Box in central Birmingham. Elegantly adorned with Thai artefacts, including a traditional longboat as a centre-piece, this spacious dining room offers over 100 traditional Thai dishes in home-cooked style, with a selection of five set menus as well.
When visiting this fabulous restaurant allow time to relax and enjoy the Thai experience. The food is superb and reasonably priced; whether you make your own selection or ask the staff for their recommendations you will not be disappointed.
