Dine amidst the formal beauty of the many-splendoured Ritz restaurant itself, or take afternoon tea (one of 17 different varieties) and smoked salmon sandwiches in the rarefied atmosphere of the Palm Court. Menus change seasonally, inspired by an elegant combination of traditional French cuisine and British flair. Gentlemen are expected to wear a jacket and tie; jeans and trainers are not acceptable.
