The menu features steaks sourced from top quality suppliers, like 35-day dry aged Hereford Cattle from the Duke of Devonshire's Bolton Abbey Estate in Yorkshire, Brixham diver clams & mussel broth, Forman's London cured smoked salmon and Gillray's signature dessert, traditional sherry trifle.
The Bar features one of the finest selections of gin in London, including 39 English gins and an impressive cocktail collection, ordered by historical era, from the Georgian through to the next generation of cocktails - molecular mixology. Soak up the views whilst being surrounded by political history and James Gillray's famous artworks.
