Overlooking the bustling Lobby Bar, Indigo offers diners a creative and ever changing Modern European menu with attentive yet unobtrusive service. The contemporary menu uses only the freshest ingredients to create a light and healthy dining experience. Start with the pepper crusted yellowfin tuna or the hand-dived Orkney scallops before enjoying one of the main courses including halibut roasted on the bone with wilted little gem and salsa verde or a 35 day aged rib eye steak. Finish with one of our signature desserts including the popular classic crème brûlée and bitter chocolate tart with pistachio anglaise.
