The menu celebrates the best of British, with carefully sourced seasonal produce along with the addition of lighter dishes and salads. Favourites include halibut roasted on the bone with broad bean purée, preserved lemon, thyme and girolles and braised beef bourguignon in red wine with mashed potatoes and red wine sauce.
The wine list presents an exciting range by the carafe (375ml), as well as the 'Sommelier Suggestion' of two whites and two reds available by the glass and carafe.
