Overseen by the renowned international restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow, Asia de Cuba brings together elements of Asian and Cuban cuisine in its high-energy kitchen to serve an eclectic variety of huge sharing-style portions under the bare bulbs of the contemporary white interior.
The exotic range of dishes on the a la carte menu includes Miso Cured Black Cod and Tropical Hoisin Roasted Duck. Famed for its generous servings, Asia de Cuba has developed a great reputation with the lunch and pre-theatre dining crowds by adapting its dishes for bento boxes. Together with a carefully crafted Cuban fusion brunch menu, Asia de Cuba's weekend brunch also features live performances from a popular Latin Jazz trio.
