The only oven of its kind in the Lake District, it involves cooking dishes in a charcoal-fired oven imported from Spain, sealing in all the juices of the meat and fish, ensuring a unique flavour. Furthermore the charcoal used is from local woodlands, which proves to be a sustainable renewable energy.
Offering something for every occasion, the comfortable lounge area provides a relaxing social venue with an informal ambience, where you can enjoy drinks and food or watch all major sporting events live on Sky television.
