However we encountered the following problems.
When we arrived, I was told they had no record of my booking, yet I booked on this website and brought a printout of my confirmation. As a result I had to wait a while to be seated
Also the website advised that the New Year's Eve deal was £19.99. When the bill arrived we were charged £25 each and a £25 sticker was placed on top of the original price on the menu.
I said we should not be expected to pay this extra price as it was not as advertised.
Finally the glass of champage we were told would not be provided until midnight. This is very misleading in the menu and website advertisement as unless you were on the final booking of the night, you are very unlikely to be still in the restaaurant at midnight
