Our Facebook app lets you add a 'Buy Tickets' tab to your Fan Page. Your fans can browse and buy tickets right from your Facebook Fan Page, making purchasing very easy and maximising on impulse buys.

All events and tickets are updated automatically so there is no maintenance required once the tab has been added. You can also customise the page with your own header graphic to reinforce your branding. The Facebook App is available free of charge to all promoters.

Sell tickets on your own website

By adding a couple of lines of code to your own website, you can have a ticket box with up-to-date event information and ticket availability. Everything updates automatically, with new tickets appearing instantly and sold out tickets updating in real-time.

By adding the ticket box you can create a 'tickets' page on your website to boost sales and the ticket box can be styled to suit your website theme with very little effort. The ticket box is offered to all promoters free of charge.

Pay no fees to use Skiddle

We charge no setup, transaction or billing fees to you. You don't pay a penny to sell tickets through Skiddle. Beware of other outlets who offer a 'free' solution but charge a booking fee to the customer and you are responsible for covering credit card processing fees, which can add up to 3.5% of your ticket turnover!

Our system is entirely free and you receive 100% of the ticket face value. All our costs are covered by a small booking fee (typically around 10% but lower for higher priced tickets) which is paid by the customer.

Customer service included

Although your customers can buy online 24/7, we also have local rate customer service and telesales phone numbers. If your customers have any queries, we'll answer with them - including reissuing tickets, change of address, event cancellations and refunds. This leaves you to focus on the important things, like running an event.
