Parklife Festival case-study
Parklife Weekender is a two day event running in June in Manchester. The Parklife Weekender features six arenas under canvas and a huge open air main stage showcasing the finest selection of local, national and international artists from across the globe.
Skiddle has worked with the organisers of Parklife since its first year in 2010 and sold a large number of tickets for the event.
Parklife goes mobile

This year the organisers behind Parklife wanted to publish the set times of all stages and arenas, publish interviews and provide site information via a mobile phone app on the day.
They approached Skiddle as they knew Skiddle had developed apps for club brands and nights over the previous. Skiddle worked alongside the promoters and developed an iPhone app that was marketed to all Parklife ticket buyers
The app was downloaded over 3,000 times and the push facility allowed the organisers to update festival goers in real time.
