New girl Chery Cole is looking after the girls Alexander Burke, Laura White and Diana Vickers whilst Dannii 'there seems to be an bizarre newspaper story about me every day' Minogue is looking after the over 25's Ex-prisoner Rachel Hylton, Daniel Evans and Ruth Lorenzo.
Finally that funny little irish fella Lewis Walsh is looking after the girl groups, Girl Band, JLS and Bad Lashes.
