The monthly Mixmag Live events showcase the artists that the dance music authority rate highest. It's a reflection of who is gracing the covers of the magazine publication, and also an indication of who is working hard in the scene. This time round it's Damian Lazarus and Tale Of Us.

On Saturday 21st November Damian Lazarus will take over The Rainbow Venues in Birmingham. He founded the esteemed Crosstown Rebels imprint, which has become a home for the likes of Maceo Plex, Art Department and Craig Richards, and his own underground productions have reiterated why he's the boss of one of the biggest labels on the circuit.

The following Saturday, the all-conquering Berlin duo Tale Of Us take the spotlight. The pair are masters at exploring the deeper side of house and techno, mesmerising and dynamic, they're wowed crowds everywhere from Watergate to DC10 - and now it's The Rainbow's turn.
