Apparently there's a party going on in the West Country - we picked the best live acts to see if you're heading down there or watching enviously on TV (like me). Grrrr.

Festivals

If you're not off to Worthy Farm there's much to surround yourself in. Fancy heading to Leeds Festival for free? You could with our comp. On the news front Bestival announced Missy Elliot this morning, whilst High Definition finished their bill off and Richie Hawtin will play the Cocoon in the Park afterparty.

We also spoke with our mates at the Wickerman about their history, as well as PINS about what garbs they wear at festivals.

Clubs

Our podcast is here and features a guest mix from D.O.D - we've also got a belter of a mix from Deniz Koyu. The Hacienda have got Tenaglia and Francois K in August, and we caught up with legendary DJs MK and Kerri Chandler.

Ibiza wise we've had a look at what to expect in July, as well as basked in the glory of the Cream opening party. We also headed across the Balearic Sea to check out the OFF Sonar fun in Barcelona.

Live Music

Anyone see Nile Rodgers busking? Or Alex Turner dancing? You will be able to see Duran Duran and Frank Turner on respective tours later in the year, and the return of new music par excellence via Dr Martens.

Indie fans; you'll love our interviews with Liverpool band Sugarmen and Israeli trio Garden City Movement, as well as our review of the new Everything Everything album. Which, by the way, is great.

I'm off to watch the Glasto weather forecast like the bitter man I am. Auf Wiedersehn pet.
