For those people who haven't had the pleasure of seeing you yet, just give us a small introduction...

Good evening, this is Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and I'm about to poach some eggs. There is a rumour that poached eggs and marmite work, we will see..

What can we expect from your gig at next weeks Look What The Kat Dragged In... Easter Special?

A live set of original tracks, remixes and edits, some singing, maybe a keytar solo, and some finger dancing. Other stuff too but we dont want to let the cat out of the bag..

How long have you been making music?

For as long as I can remember but not long enough to have mastered the one note bassline. That is the real goal.

What makes a great venue?

There aren't many really great venues sadly.. but when you do find one its a combination of things: A good soundsystem is number 1, followed by a crowd that are there first and foremost for the music, not for snoging or drugs. Then some originality, there's a club in Paris with its own chickens. that's good.

Have you had any nightmare gigs to date...and again some amazing gigs to date?

Yes there have been nightmare gigs, everyone has them. Sometimes it's just the wrong time and place. The best gigs are at the festivals, Secret Garden Party last year was a lot of fun. And also when you know that some people in the crowd don't normally like dance music.. that's a good feeling.

What can we expect from TEED in the next year or so?

Loads, there is a new EP coming very soon, some more videos and an album sometime next year. and other stuff.

Will we be seeing you at any festivals this year?

Yep, keep your eyes pealed for confetti and kick drums.

Have you played up north much? I hear we're quite a roudy lot!

You are a rowdy lot, the further north the rowdier it seems.. Fife was the rowdiest yet!!

Will you be wearing your trademark dino outfit on April 2nd @ The Mill, Preston. I heard you sometimes have dino-clad dancers too!

You just try and stop me! Without fail I wear a dinosaur outfit, but which one i'll be in in Preston I dont know.

What's your fave thing about being a DJ, and your least?

I dont count this as djing, as I only play my own music. So to sort of answer your question I would say that I really miss playing other peoples records. Occasionally I play a DJ set and it's a real pleasure.

So you like dinosaurs...is this a childhood thing? Do you have a fave dino?

Not a massive dinosaur fan, was more into castles as a kid. But Iguanadon is my favourite. Big thumbs.
