Aussie electro kings The Presets are set to showcase their new album Apocalypso with an instore show and signing in London later this week.

Released on June 23rd, the second record from the Sydney-based duo has received widespread critical acclaim and even topped the album charts in their native country.

In order to promote the release, they will be playing a special London gig at Rough Trade East record store on July 4th, with the show kicking off at 19:00 BST.

The duo – Kim Moyes and Julian Hamilton – are likely to be joined by Silverchair front man Daniel Johns at the show.

Meanwhile, Texas pop-punk band Bowling For Soup are also set to play a free instore London gig in the next few days.

Most famous for Girls All The Bad Guys Want, the Grammy-nominated band will play Fopp's Earlham Street store in London's Covent Garden on Monday July 7th.ADNFCR-1603-ID-18664103-ADNFCR
