Tall Paul and Many More Added to Guilfest Line-up

Even more acts have been added to the line-up for Guilfest, which takes place in Surrey on the 16th-18th July.

Tall Paul, Sorry and The Sinatras, Gu Medicine, Cars on Fire, The Xcerts, Lafaro, What is Life For?, DJ Scorb, Beatnik, Neurodriver, Subsource and many many more have been added to the bill. 

They'll join an already announced line-up of Orbital, The Human League, Status Quo, N – Dubz, Just Jack, Kid Creole & The Coconuts, Hawkwind, Hadouken!, Chase and Status (DJ set), Level 42, 10cc, The Blockheads, The Blackout, Tinie Tempah, The King Blues, The Twang, Seth Lakeman, Dreadzone, Pama International, Alvin Stardust, Ali Campbell's UB40, 65daysofstatic, South Central, DJ Friction, The Young Knives, Sub Focus (DJ set), Draven, Turbowolf, Chickenhawk, The Wonder Stuff, and many, many more! 

DJ legend Tall Paul is confirmed to appear in The Funky End Dance Tent at GuilFest 2010 on Friday 16th July.  Having begun his DJ career in the 80s, Paul has played at clubs and parties all over the world, and released numerous successful tunes over the last 20 years including remixes for artists as diverse as The Human League, New Order, Bizarre Inc, Energy 52, Keane and The Killers.  Paul has even won the much coveted “Muzik DJ of the year”, and has been regularly voted as one of the worlds top 100 DJs in the DJ mag top100 since it began in 1997.  His success has also been replicated overseas, with him being voted as 8th best DJ in America in BPM magazine in 2006.

Also in The Funky End Dance tent on Friday this year are Ben Pineapple Tribe, Squat Dom, Dready Glenn, Mikey Dubz and Hutchinson Brothers.  On Saturday new confirmations for this year are DJ IPcress, Ade, D. Trac3d, Alan Prosser, Andi Warren, Freddie Smith and The Roots Brothers, while on Sunday Neurodriver, Gav Ravenous, Kai 1, Big Red and Mr Meatball take to the decks.

Confirmed for the Rock Sound Cave on Friday 16th July are Sorry & The Sinatras, Pint Shot Riot, Stars Of The Search Party, The Retox and Karn8.  Performing on Saturday 17th July in the Cave are The Xcerts, GU Medicine, Prince Charming, Kenelis, Now Is Everyone, and Theory of 6 Degrees; while on Sunday 18th July, the new confirmations are Subsource, The Dirty Chimes, Play Dead Sister and Nylon Sky.  

The Surrey Advertiser Live Club Stage has its first confirmations for 2010 – On Friday 16th July  are The Swelltones and The Toniks; Saturday 17th July are The Free Radicals, Signal Fires, According to You, Flexability, The Jamerics, and Roxxi; and on Sunday 18th July are Four Short of a Miracle and Voodoo Rising.  

The brand new Palace Stage also has its first acts confirmed for this year's festival, with A Wolf Like Me, The Session, Magic Eight Ball, and Mexican Car Chase on Saturday; as well as Clockwork City, Underview, Kitayah, The Sanctions, and Doctor Pop all confirmed for Sunday 18th July
