The Swedish House Mafia men are everywhere. Whether appearing individually as Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, or as the whole clan, the Swedish House Mafia are becoming a force to be reckoned with in club land.
Now with whispers of them taking over Pete Tong’s slot with a weekly residency at Pacha Ibiza this season, other DJs are showing respect for this group as if their record bags were machine guns.
If you still don’t know your Axwell from your Angello, it’s about time to geek up because very soon these boys will be coming to a club near you.
Steve Angello
Has been resident of Ministry of Sound in London and Ibiza’s Pacha, and recently released successful single ‘Supermode’, among other productions and owns his own record label, Size Records.
Axwell
Axwell achieved a lot in 2007. His single ‘I Found U’ topped the dance charts and then went mainstream, reaching a number six spot in the UK charts. The single earned him DJ Mag’s Record of the Year and Track of the Season at Pacha, Ibiza.
Sebastian Ingrosso
His track ‘Yeah’was featured in Paul Van Dyk's The Politics of Dancing 2 and his recent track ‘Bodycrash’, has received much critical acclaim.
The Swedish House Mafia will be busy next month, playing at clubs across the UK.
