Places to Stay in Liverpool for the MTV Music Awards

The MTV music awards takes place in Liverpool on 6th November 2008. A perfect event to compliment the city's Capital of Culture status, P!nk, Duffy, The Killers and Kid Rock will join Beyoncé with more performing artists being announced in the next few weeks to be appearing at the awards. Taking place in the new Echo Arena,they are sponsored by edc by Esprit, Sony Ericsson and Dell.
As things are hotting up in the final stages of planning the awards, we take a look at some of the Hotels in Liverpool that still have availability on the night of the awards. For a more traditional place to stay, and home of one of the original fly on the wall documentaries that the BBC used to make, the Brittania Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool is of great grandeur on the outside, and of mixed reports on the inside. If you want somewhere more like a hotel to stay that still has availability then this is it, whether it is your cup of tea then that's a different matter. It's not greatly modern but has a lot to offer - and with 402 ensuite rooms it is always a bustle of activity.
