The 17-year-old Jonas Brothers singer is to undertake a series of concerts across the US next month with his side project The Administration after making their performance debut on the Grammy Nominations Concert Live! TV special tomorrow (02.12.09).
Nick - who releases album 'Who I Am' with the group in February - said: "With this tour we're going to try to accomplish the same thing we did in the studio. That's capturing some heart and soul in the music, and having fun doing it."
Nick is "excited" about the tour and insists his sibling bandmates Kevin and Joe are equally as enthusiastic about his side project.
He wrote on Twitter: "I just have to say thanks to my brothers for being as supportive as they've been."
The Administration includes bass player John Fields, drummer Michael Bland, keyboardist Tommy Barbarella and guitarist David Ryan Harris, who will be replaced by Sonny Thompson on tour.
