Our verdict: Ok ok, it’s expensive. But at just a 15 minute taxi ride away from the festival it’s pretty handy – and oh so luxurious. Who wouldn’t want to crawl into a decadent king size bed (pictured) at the end of a hard day’s partying and wake up to a hot shower in a stunning, modern bathroom? Oh, and did we mention the breakfasts…?

Our verdict: A great one for budget conscious festival-goers, with clean, modern rooms and a great location overlooking the Ness river in the heart of Inverness.
