The opening night of Look What The Kat Dragged In... was BIG. It may have something to do with the headline DJs being Chase + Status of course. These guys are huge and the night went off. Just look at the reviews and you can probably guess that it was one of the biggest nights to hit Preston in 2009!
Next on the Look What The Kat Dragged In... agenda is DJ Yoda on March 5th @ Rumes, Preston and it looks like this is gonna be a sell out. Not surprising considering the achievements of the turntable wizard DJ Yoda. He is as big as they come and tipped as one of 'The 10 DJs you must see before you die'! Well if that isn't enough to make you go running for a ticket then I don't know what could.
DJ Yoda has transformed clubbing as we know it, throwing down styles as diverse as Hip-Hop, Funk, Baltimore Club, Drum n Bass and even Country music. For those of you unlucky enough not to have seen him then expect anything from the Wu Tang Clan to Dolly Parton to MJ to The Beastie Boys. His keenly-defined sense of humour has captured the imagination of the masses making him possibly the only DJ in the world who can fill a club cutting the Indiana Jones theme music with dirty dubstep beats or 80’s pop with New York rap.
Look What The Kat Dragged In... aim to bring the big name DJs to Preston. Why not when you think that Preston has some of the most innovative and down right dirty underground club nights that the Northwest has to offer. Why go travel to see DJs when the DJs can come to see us!
