The man behind the new Oasis documentary Supersonic has revealed that the Gallagher brothers "were asking after each other" when they came in separately to record voice-overs for the film.
In charge of the documentary are the same team who produced the Oscar nominated Amy which portrayed the story of Amy Winehouse's career.
Supersonic will chart the rise of the Mancunian band from early appearances at the Boardwalk to the astronomic heights of their Britpop peak in the mid 90s. Check out their live performance of 'Supersonic' above.
Mat Whitecross, the film's director, spoke recently to Q magazine about the project and said that by having the two brothers narrating the film "is like Liam and Noel are in the same room, like they're having a conversation".
While the possibility of an Oasis reunion is still very much up in the air, you can still see Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds in action this summer as he makes a headline appearance at Lytham Festival on Thursday 4th August. Tickets are available from the box below.
