Joining them will be Futureheads (playing an a capella & acoustic set) and The Subways, alongside over thirty other acts who have secured a slot on this coveted stage - with psychedelia courtesy of the likes of S.C.U.M. and TOY, classic songwriters like Benjamin Francis Leftwich and Lucy Rose, and rock sensibilities from Lower Than Atlantis and Don Broco, amongst many more.

Alt-J, O Brother, Zulu Winter, Niki and the Dove, We Are Augustines, Savages, Dog is Dead, Jake Bugg, Citizens!, Theme Park and The Cast of Cheers are all amongst the names also set to appear on the Festival Republic Stage over the weekend.

These acts join Foo Fighters, The Cure, Kasabian, The Black Keys, Paramore, Florence and the Machine, The Maccabees, Social Distortion, At The Drive-In, Justice, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Graham Coxon, Mastadon, Passion Pit, Mark Lanegan Band, Less Than Jake, Anti Flag, Metronomy and Katy B over the August Bank Holiday at Little John’s Farm in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds.

Cornwall folk-punks quartet Crowns have also been added as the opening act on the Lock Up Stage on Friday in Leeds and Sunday in Reading.
