Last Shadow Puppets set to light up London

11th Jul 2008

The Last Shadow Puppets are set to light up London when they come to the capital to play a show at the Hammersmith Apollo.

Having been formed last summer, the two-piece group have since been impressing audiences and storming the charts with their brand of brash British indie-rock.

Mojo magazine named the pair as the best breakthrough artists of this year at its ceremony earlier this month and fans from across the UK and the world will be looking forward to their show in London on Sunday October 26th.

Tickets are still available but expected to sell fast as the band are undoubtedly among the most popular new acts in the country.

One half of The Last Shadow Puppets is Alex Turner, front man of the Arctic Monkeys, whose album Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not became the fastest selling debut record the country had ever heard in January 2006.
