Ibiza Town Guides: Talamanca

The essentially quiet resort of Talamanca is a stunning bay located 15 minutes walk away from Ibiza Town, separated by a Marina.

 

Several hotels and a selection of restaurants line the bay offering excellent views of Ibiza Town (especially at night!), and the beautiful sandy beach is not to be missed. 

Although Talamanca itself does not have any shops, only 15 minutes walk away is the village of Jesus which offers a great selection of supermarkets, shops, banks, international press, restaurants and some gorgeous little cafes.   

 

A regular ferry can be caught to Ibiza Town from the western side of the bay, running until midnight. Access can also be found via the Marina, for anyone feeling like a picturesque stroll. 

The Marina separating Talamanca and Ibiza Town is separated into 2 sections; The Marina Botafoc (nearest Talamanca) offering up-market restaurants and boutiques, and The Marina Nueva (nearest Ibiza Town) where Ferries embark to Formentera. The real action lies in between these areas, the glamorous nightclub El Divino, the Ibiza Casino and a little further back, legendary club Pacha.
