Hed Kandi New Years Eve

24th Dec 2009

Hed Kandi NYE

For the third year running, the world leading house music brand; Hed Kandi, will be bringing in the New Year the only way they know how - by dishing out healthy doses of ‘party’. Hed Kandi is renowned for hosting the most glamorous house events worldwide; hosting parties in more cities than you can shake a stick at.

The theme for this New Year is Glitterball 2010. Yes, the 1st time you read that, it does sound a little cheesy, but it’s not a pointless gimmick. The dj booth and stage will be encased in a giant glitterball, 6 metres wide, covered with screens and with a state of the art lighting setup. Quite an amazing spectacle when you see it in action.

Who’s spinning?

I’ll tell you who, Hed Kandi djs; Phil Faversham, Andy Daniels and Dean Rigg. If you haven’t seen any of these guys before, believe me when I say you won’t be disappointed. The fine gents on the decks, they will be accompanied by a series of live musicians, adding to the party all night, as well as the Hed Kandi dancers.  There will also be a world exclusive performance from Julie McKnight.

Getting down in the VIP?

For the VIP’s, expect an evening with style, full of champagne spraying debauchery, with Jodie Harsh acting as hostess for the evening.

It’s not grim up North...

For those of you who aren’t residing or travelling to the nation’s capital for the evening, Hed Kandi is holding another party in the exclusive Bijou club in Manchester. With DJs David Dunne, Sam Cannon, James Miller, Ed Norris on Saxophone, Beat Master Mike on Percussion all in the main room, the most glamorous R’n’B in the second room, and a series of entertainment on the heated terrace. This is seriously worth considering for anyone in Manchester and surrounding areas.
