This was a proper ace night! I really didn't know what to expect from the night as I had plenty of friends saying "why do you want to go to that, it'll be just full of chavs''! They shouldn't be so quick to judge! I had no hassle with anyone, everyone there was just up for a good time!
The music wasn't what I would normally listen to but I really enjoyed it! I'm going to find some of it for my sessions at the gym. Lisa Lashes was going proper hard with her trancey type slant on things. I think I enjoyed her set the most over the course of the night. Saying this, none of the sets were any less good, just down to my personal preference!

Next up was Kutski, mixing things up a bit more. He seemed to play around with the records, creating more peaks and troughs! He also showcased some of his trademark scratching. Brilliant!
Last but by no means least Mark Eg, a legand in his own right! Kicking off by shouting "1, 2, 3, Oh, 3!" Straight into some acidic lines and making everyone go mental. This guy is a true performer DJ, jumping about and getting the crowd going, even untill the end when he was battling with the bouncers who were trying to turn the music off and send everyone home!
I did venture upstairs a few times and heard some electro but it just felt so tame after being downstairs! I will be making a return and dragging more of my friends with me for the next one. A proper fun night!
